2. Website delivery

When you visit this website, technically necessary information, including your IP address, requested URL and connection and browser information, is processed to deliver content and prevent attacks. The website is hosted on our own server. Our legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation.

The supplied website application does not keep permanent visitor access logs. To limit form requests, it uses an IP identifier pseudonymised with a secret key. This identifier, counters and random one-time identifiers are stored in a protected security file on our server. Counters remain valid for up to one hour and one-time identifiers for approximately 30 minutes. Expired entries are removed on the next form request; without further requests they may remain stored until then. Message contents, email addresses and raw IP addresses are not stored in this file. These data are not used for advertising.

3. Contact by form or email

We process your name, email address, optional company name and message to handle your enquiry. Name, email and message are required for the form; company information is optional. Without the required information, the form cannot be used. You can email us directly instead.

Messages are transmitted over an encrypted connection to the website and via encrypted SMTP to our mail server. They are stored in our email inbox, not in an additional website database. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Recipients are the persons responsible for handling your request. Messages are not sent to AI providers.

Enquiries are deleted once fully resolved unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate reasons require continued retention. If messages constitute business or accounting records subject to retention, the applicable statutory requirement determines the period. Relevant criteria include the purpose of your enquiry, any resulting contract and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

4. Protection against automated abuse: Cloudflare Turnstile

With your consent, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. A connection is established only after you select “Enable verification”. IP addresses, browser and device information and technical signals may be transmitted and analysed to distinguish automated requests from regular use. This protects our form against spam and abuse.

This optional integration relies on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where information is stored on or accessed from your device, section 25(1) TDDDG. Processing in the United States is possible. Cloudflare explains transfer safeguards, including applicable EU-US Data Privacy Framework participation or standard contractual clauses, its processing and retention in its Turnstile privacy information and data processing agreement.

You can withdraw consent for the future by selecting “Disable verification” in the form; this reloads the page. Prior processing remains lawful. You cannot submit the form without Turnstile, but can contact us directly at kontakt@losansky.it. With a successful enquiry we retain the time and version of the displayed consent information as evidence. Our server sends the verification token to Cloudflare; it does not additionally send your IP address to the verification endpoint.

5. Cookies, external resources and analytics

The website itself sets no cookies and stores no information in your browser’s Local Storage. The URL determines the selected language. We do not use visitor analytics, Google Analytics, advertising trackers or remotely loaded fonts. Graphics are served locally and fonts are system fonts. The Turnstile verification enabled only with your consent is covered in section 4. External links connect to the linked provider only when opened.

6. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may withdraw consent for future processing at any time. Please contact the email address above.

Right to object: Where processing relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object under Article 21 GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation.

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in your place of residence, work or the alleged infringement. The authority responsible for our location is the Data Protection Commissioner of Lower Saxony, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany.

7. Automated decisions

We do not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. Technical spam checks may prevent form submission; email contact remains available.
